will be next 28 May when the new Haydée by Víctor Suárez reopens in its new location, the Gran Tacande***** hotel in Adeje, in the south of Tenerife

In just over three months (The old La Orotava restaurant closed at the end of January of this year), Victor Suarez and his team have been able to give life to a new and spectacular space, in the Casa Fuerte of the Gran Tacande hotel*****, in which, from the 28 of May, They will offer their gastronomic proposal -two tasting menus and three pairings-, the same one they gave in the previous La Orotava space.

With this new restaurant, and given the great culinary progression of Haydée by Víctor Suárez, The chef will be able to make an enormous qualitative and quantitative leap in his proposal of contemporary Canarian haute cuisine., with special emphasis on La Gomera (grandmother's home island, Haydee)
Suárez bases his style on strict proximity, the recovery of ancestral products, the global sustainability of management and the restless and creative look at the traditions and products of their land, in addition to a very careful room and sommelier service, with own bread making, great wine list and taste for service at gueridón.

the hotel Great Tacande***** (C/Mayor Walter Paetzmann, s/n, Adeje, Tenerife) It is located in front of the Atlantic, with truly luxurious facilities: four spectacular seawater pools, new Vitanova Thalasso Spa
& Wellness Center, Roof Bar, beach club, Gold Level…

The restaurant is located on the façade that faces the exterior of the hotel on one side and the main pool on the other., a few meters from the beach and with sea views.
Has direct entry from outside, so it will not be necessary to go through the hotel for the external public.
It is located in the Casa Fuerte building, the most emblematic of the hotel and which is inspired by an ancient fortress. The storytelling revolves around the arrival of the ships and the disembarkation in a shelter-like area that will be the lower part of the restaurant and entrance to the fortress.. Some stairs will be climbed where the core of the restaurant and Haydée's house will be.
The restaurant will have a 280m2 living-dining room and kitchen., 127m2 open.
The design is in charge of the studio of the prestigious Mercè Borrell, seeking integration into the island environment.
