La Palma exhibits its product and gastronomy in the Gourmets Hall

He La Palma Town Council, through the public company Sodepal and under the brand Savor La Palma, participates in the thirty-ninth edition of the Gourmets Salon 2026, Europe's leading event in terms of haute cuisine, which is held at the Ifema venue in Madrid, of the 13 al 16 of April.

The CEO of Sodepal, MIRIAM PERESTELO, defines the presence of The Palm at the Gourmets Hall as “a strategic action for the internationalization of local companies, allowing the excellence of the flavors of La Palma to compete in the most demanding professional forums”.

With this participation, The 'Saborea La Palma' seal reaffirms its commitment to the agroindustrial sector, promoting the visibility of the producers who turn the territory into a gastronomic product of incalculable value”, duck.

The palm branch will be located in the institutional space of the Canary Islands, where it will work together with the rest of the archipelago to project the unique identity and premium quality of the larder of the “Beautiful Island”.

In this edition, La Palma has the balance between tradition and modernity as a fundamental pillar of the presentation, represented through three leading companies on the island. Caterpillar, which stands out for its exquisite artisanal production of jams, traditional pastries and mojos; Aldea Distilleries, emblem of agricultural rum obtained directly from sugar cane juice; and Veganorte, that will bring to Madrid the personality of the volcanic wines of the northwest region.

This expedition seeks to consolidate the positioning of palm products in the national and international market., facilitating direct contact with distributors, gastronomic critics and managers of the HORECA channel.

On the other hand, Savor La Palma will display an agenda of presentations and commented tastings designed to offer a complete sensory experience.
