The DO Ycoden Daute Isora and Islas Canarias-Canary Wine announce the start, in february, of the 8th edition of the Sumilleres Professional Course

/ The Designations of Origin Ycoden Daute Isora e Canary Islands – Canary Wine announce the start, next February, of the 8ª edition of the Professional Sommelier Course of the Canary Islands Wine Campus, a fully consolidated formation as a reference in the archipelago. This new call will give rise to the eighth promotion of a program that has been developed since 2018 at the headquarters of the Regulatory Council and whose teaching activity will last six months.

The course will begin in February 2026 and will maintain its entirely in-person character, with an academic structure that combines theoretical and practical training to offer a complete and updated vision of the world of sommelier. Sessions will be held on Mondays 9:00 a 14:00 and of 15:00 a 18:00 hours, and on Tuesdays 9:00 a 13:00 hours.

In its continuous commitment to the training and development of the wine sector of Tenerife, he Canary Islands Wine Campus promotes this training activity – which reaches its eighth edition this year – especially recommended to all those who wish to become professional in the field of sommelier.
