In the midst of so much fest linked to morsels of distant origin, Saint Matthew (Gran Canaria) celebrated the Potaje Fest, a complete program around the canary stew

The public enjoyed a varied program that included a tasting-pairing of wines and cheeses from Saint Matthew, as well as showcookings by The Cathedral Bistro (black pig), The Tendril (dandelion stew) y The Passage (canary pout). The day culminated with the performance of the La Arrancadilla party and the long-awaited collective stew tasting., that brought together visitors and neighbors around the star dish of the day.
