We hope that this time that begins comes full of health., creativity, exciting projects and shared prosperity. May the daily effort of cooks, producers, growers, restorers, distributors and professionals in the sector continue to find recognition, support and future in a land that expresses itself, also, through its flavors and its gastronomic identity.
We also renew our commitment to service and closeness. Canarian dish continues—and will continue—at the disposal of the sector to inform, visualize, accompany and give voice to everything that contributes to growth, the reflection and excellence of the gastronomy and oenology of Canary Islands.
