A total of 11 Food companies from Isla Bonita will attend the IX Gastronomic Fair of the Canary Islands
A total of 11 food companies The Palm will be promoted in the 9º Gastronomic Hall of the Canary Islands, which is held at the Fairgrounds of Tenerife, of the 21 al 23 of May. The public company Sodepal, through the project Savor La Palma, is in charge of providing support to these companies that participate in this new edition.
The CEO of Sodepal, MIRIAM PERESTELO, highlights the importance for the sector of participating in this important regional event that brings together the best of the gastronomic world of Canary Islands.

Specifically, There will be several exhibitors from the Island led by Vida Viva Ecofood, Caterpillar La Palma, palm tree y Garden Delights.
Besides, The project will have a varied agenda of activities, which will start on Tuesday, 21 of May, with an event led by Olicafé, at 11:30 hours, with a coffee tasting. Posteriorly, at 12:00 hours, Veganorte will lead a sensory journey through the Beautiful Island through an exclusive wine tasting. That same day, at 15:00 hours, Tailguén present the tradition, environmental commitment and quality wines in another exclusive tasting. The day will end at 17:30 hours with a distillate workshop run by Rum Side.
on Wednesday, 22 of May, palm tree will present La Palma Universe of Flavors, at 11:30 hours, followed by Avapal, at 13:45 hours, with a showcooking showcasing a Palmero beef dish. At 15:30 hours, he Casino Restaurant will present The Merry Life Palm Tree, followed by another tasting of exclusive wines from Veganorte at 16:45 hours.
The day will close with another spirits workshop and a presentation of rums, at 18:00 hours, in charge of Rum Side.
Thursday, 23 of May, It will begin with a product tasting led by Vidaviva Ecofood, at 11:30 hours. Next, Delicacies from La Huerta will present the Bienmesabe Sin Gluten and will do a pickle tasting, at 13:45 hours. This will be followed by the presentation of a mojo palmero and its tasting, by the hand of Mojos Sicily, at 14:30 hours and, next, Caterpillar, will announce the Bruvic Gourmet Mojos and tasting of specialties, at 15:30 hours.
The last day will conclude with another distillate workshop and a tasting of exclusive wines from Veganorte at 16:45 hours.
