Gran Canaria celebrates the Best Ham Cutter in Spain, Joshua Falcon, which also won the Best Creative Dish, and the opening of international businesses

The participation of a dozen Gran Canaria companies in the 38th edition of the Gourmets Show, held at IFEMA Madrid 8 al 11 April and which they attended under the umbrella of the Gran Canaria Me Gusta program in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of the Island, has left a highly positive balance. During four intense days, participating firms — Asoquegran, The Irish, Salt Flats of Tenefe, Dismepe Canary Islands, Terorero, Isla Bonita Jams, Valsequillo Cheeses, Gofio La Piña, Dulcería Nublo and Sidra Lagar de Valleseco—held meetings, They participated in demonstrations and tirelessly attended to the numerous visitors who came to the Canarian stand., located in the Pavilion 3.

On the other hand, the master cutter Josué Falcón, representing the company Frimancha Canarias, won the XXXI Ham Cutters Contest, winning both the Best Cutter and Best Creative Plate awards.
