The Gastronomic Guide closes each month announcing the incorporation of restaurants worthy of being recommended… and there is something new in the Canary Islands
Although we will have to wait for 26 November when, in it Victor Villegas Congress Center of Murcia, the distinctions of the Michelin Guide -stars, Green Stars and Bib Gourmands- Throughout the year the publication incorporates the so-called Recommended.
It is about, in definition of the reference gastronomic guide itself, of places that the inspectors discover in their coming and going throughout Spain and that are too good to keep secret.
The month of July has served to add a dozen restaurants. Among them, The Rebojo in Garachico, Tenerife.
The Michelin Guide highlights its commitment to updated Canarian cuisine “and some original proposals that also exalt local oenology”. Refers to Two Bites, two wines and four bites, four wines. The two tasting menus on offer also stand out.: At empty tide and at full tide.
