Kamezí presents a new tasting menu signed by Rubén Cuesta, a gastronomic reading of the ocean, the volcanoes and the product of Lanzarote

>>A kameez launches new tasting menu in White beach. The restaurant, distinguished with a Michelin star and a Sol Repsol and led by the chef Ruben Cuesta, presents a proposal conceived as a gastronomic reading of Lanzarote: the Famara arena, the sunsets over the volcanoes, wines born from an extreme landscape and that insular way of turning difficulty into identity.

The new proposal is based on an idea recognizable in the work of A kameez: tell the island from taste. Not only from the product, but from everything that surrounds it. The landscape, the producers, agricultural memory, the sea, lava and the ability to Lanzarote to leave a very precise sensory imprint on whoever visits it.

The kitchen team, con Ruben Cuesta in front, has built this menu with respect for the land and those who work it.

The passing sequence is headed by The Welcome (Goat Tartare · Smoked Breastplate · Jable Sweet Potato Roll); Fuerteventura Sequence (Burgaos Salad · Vieja Tart · Seafood Broth); Enyesques (Berlina de Mar · Escaldón de Gofio · Pollo Embarrao); Tinajo Tomato; Prawns from La Santa; Squid; Carabinero of La Santa; Camel Driver's Lunch; Grilled Local Fish; Codium; PPrince Albert and the Petit fours (Uruguayan Powder · Passion Fruit Bombón · Rosquete).

The price of the tasting menu is €180 with the pairing option (Canarian Pairing or Discovery Pairing) for €95 added.

A kameez thus reinforces a line that has already placed it as one of the gastronomic references of Canary Islands: creative kitchen, local product and a look very close to the marine and volcanic environment. In your case, the tasting menu works as a kind of translation of the landscape: what is seen, what is stepped on and what is remembered ends up going to the plate.

Next opening of PUNTAL

The experience can also be completed with a stay at Kamezí Boutique Villas. The establishment proposes turning a visit to the restaurant into a culinary getaway, with accommodation reservation until 30 of September using the code “GASTRO26” and table in PUNTAL by Kamezí, new bistro that the group opens next 7 of August..

With this new menu, Kamezí once again places Lanzarote at the center of his speech. An island that does not need to be made up to be fascinating and that, in the hands of Rubén Cuesta, find a precise gastronomic expression: volcanic, Atlantic, mineral and deeply linked to its producers.
