The spectacular Jameos del Agua auditorium hosted the 13th edition of the Qué Bueno Canarias Awards 2025

In the magical and spectacular Jameos del Agua auditorium, The 13th edition of the Qué Bueno Canary Islands Awards 2025, one of the most anticipated gastronomic events of the year in the archipelago. Organized by How Good Canary Islands and the Art Centers, Culture and Tourism of Lanzarote, This gala has highlighted the culinary excellence of the Canary Islands, recognizing the best establishments and professionals in the sector.

The event brought together authorities, renowned chefs, businessmen and specialized press, consolidating itself as a gastronomic reference in the Canary Islands. During the evening the talent and passion of the winners were recognized, as well as the work of the Art Centers, Culture and Tourism of Lanzarote in the evolution of host island restoration.

  • Best tavern/gastrobar: The Cathedral Bistro (Gran Canaria)
  • Best hotel restaurant: La Braserie by Pierre Resimont (Tenerife)
  • Best steakhouse: The Bank (Tenerife)
  • Best foreign cuisine: Souk (Tenerife)
  • Best room service: Ethereal by Peter Nel (Tenerife)
  • Best Spanish cuisine: Bank of the Miño River (Gran Canaria)
  • Special Recognition. Revelation chef: Rigoberto Almeida from El Pellizco (Fuerteventura)
  • Special Recognition. Sustainable restaurant of the year: Yourself (Lanzarote)
  • Best Canarian reflection cuisine: Sea breeze (Lanzarote)
  • Best Chef: Aridani Alonso (Gran Canaria)
  • Best Restaurant: THE LAJAR DE BELLO (Tenerife)
