at the annual gala, Tenerife adds two stars and Gran Canaria one.

The gastronomy of Canary Islands This Tuesday, three new Michelin-starred restaurants were added. It is about bever, of Jose Luis Espino, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; Haydee, of Victor Suarez, in La Orotova y Taste 1973, of Diego Schattenhofer, in Playa de las Américas.

Otherwise, Michelin Guide Spain 2024 awards the third star, his highest distinction, that of restaurants, while one receives for the first time the second and 31 they debut with the first, as was revealed this Tuesday at a gala held at the Barcelona Forum Auditorium.
