The Minister of Agriculture of La Palma, Alberto Paz, highlighted the level of the speakers and some “enriching exhibitions”
The Cabildo of La Palma and the Canarian Institute of Agri-Food Quality of the Government of the Canary Islands promote oenology with the organization of the La Palma Professional Wine Show. In this case, added Luis Arráez Guadalupe “the excellent reception of the La Palma Wine Show by professionals in the sector, The support of the La Palma DOP wineries and the participation of top-level speakers encourages us to continue working in this line and consider extending this initiative, that could be replicated in the area of other islands and Regulatory Councils of the different PDOs of the Canary Islands”.
The theme of the first day will focus on foreign promotion, the situation of wine in other countries and malvasías.
