Sánchez Romero Carvajal summons, one more year, one of the most popular championships within the framework of Madrid Fusion. This contest chooses the best Iberian ham croquette in the country, being the perfect opportunity to demonstrate mastery in this specialty., abierto a amateurs, chefs and hospitality professionals.
The winner will be announced after the competition is held live during the gastronomic summit, next monday 26 January 2026.
Until the 8 December 2025, All those professionals who wish to do so may participate in the Championship by sending a single recipe for their croquette with the original and authentic flavor of Jabugo., made with Acorn-fed Ham 100% Iberico Sánchez Romero Carvajal. Six recipes will be selected by Madrid Fusion Foods from Spain from among all those received to compete in the grand final of this championship within the framework of Madrid Fusion Foods from Spain 2026.
Participants will send a single recipe with a technical sheet that will indicate ingredients and preparation process and will be accompanied by a high resolution photograph., minimum 300 ppp, in .jpg format. It is an essential requirement that no type of chemical additive be used in the preparation of the recipe.. Said documentation, along with your identifying information (participant name, email, telephone and workplace), must be sent by email to mpardo@vocento.com (to the attention of Marta Pardo).
The jury, made up of prestigious journalists and chefs, as well as gastronomic and food sector specialists, will proclaim a single winner of the championship
