The third 'Tenderete del baifo with cheeses from Gran Canaria’ (Saturday, 18 at the Experimental Farm) incorporates the first tapas contest 'Se me gone el baifo'’
With the purpose of promoting the consumption of meat and cheese produced in Gran Canaria, The Cabildo organizes the third gastronomic days ‘Tenderete del baifo with cheeses from Gran Canaria’, which will be held next Saturday, day 18, between the 12:00 and the 18:00 hours, at the Institution's Experimental Agricultural Farm, and in which the Tapas Contest will debut 'I lost my confidence’, organized by the Association of Artisanal Cheese Dairies of Gran Canaria (in Asoquegra).

Finally, He stressed that the culmination of this program will be experienced between 12:00 and the 18:00 hours this coming Saturday, in the gastronomic activities that will star in the 'Tenderete del baifo with cheeses from Gran Canaria', which will take place coinciding with the Agricultural and Livestock Market that will be held in the facilities of the Experimental Agricultural Farm of the Cabildo of Gran Canaria and in which the students of the CIFP Felo Monzón and San Cristóbal will participate, from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria; the CIFP Villa de Agüimes and the IES Bañaderos, from Arucas; the Maspalomas Lighthouse and the Northwest, of Santa María de Guía.
A festive day in which, from the 13:00 hours, Attendees will be able to taste the different tapas made in the training centers with baifo and goat meat, artisanal cheeses and kilometer zero products donated by the Gran Canaria Agricultural Markets association that will participate in the first Tapas Contest 'Se me fue el baifo'.
Y, along with all this, There will also be leisure activities that will begin with the opening parade and include children's games, the musical accompaniment of the ‘Charanga Archipiélago’ and the performances of the singer Yeray Rodríguez and the group 'La Trova'.
