Occupying the entire center of the beautiful Villa de Teguise, he Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival, the largest of those celebrated in Canary Islands, presents this year, in its 11th edition, a new expansion of spaces and programming.

The gastronomic offer, with the participation of more than 120 exhibitors who will make up the Gastromarket, It also incorporates new spaces. There will be a Artisan bread workshop-classroom; as well as the Chinique Classroom, where Canarian cuisine becomes the protagonist; he Liquid Gastronomy Classroom (cocktail); and the Burger Fest, a space specialized in making hamburgers with a local touch, which also comes with the contest “The Best Burger”.
In addition, in addition to the chefs already announced who will participate in the Taste Room, the Festival offers classic spaces, like him Taste Lanzarote Classroom, with a dozen presentations by local chefs, all paired with local products, he Chinijo Chef Classroom, one of the most acclaimed of the Festival, returns with Sofía and Víctor with an exquisite programming.
