Arehucas MIX brings rum to the can with a proposal ready to drink strawberry and passion fruit designed for social consumption outside the home

The ready-to-drink beverage market continues to grow and Canarian brands are not left out. Ron Arehucas y Hello, owner of Clipper, have presented Arehucas MIX, a new line of canned cocktails that mixes Arehucas Carta Blanca with strawberry and passion fruit soda.

The initiative is part of the expansion of the segment Ready to Drink (RTD), Driven by a convenience-first consumer, portability and an accessible flavor profile. This type of products has gained ground especially in informal and out-of-home consumption contexts..

Two recognizable combinations

The range starts with two proposals clearly oriented to the local market:

  • Carta Blanca with strawberry soda, one of the most popular flavors of the Archipelago.

  • Carta Blanca with passion fruit soda, with a tropical profile and wide acceptance in the Canary Islands.

Both are sold in slim cans of 250 ml y 5% alcoholic content, a common format in the category and aimed at an adult audience.

Industrial collaboration at a local level

Beyond commercial launch, The project represents the first industrial collaboration between both companies, two historical actors in the sector in Canary Islands. The alliance reflects a strategy of adaptation to new consumption dynamics and a commitment to developing products locally..

Distribution will be carried out by Ahembo, with main presence in the Food channel—hypermarkets, supermarkets and convenience stores—and punctual presence in hospitality.
