The Gastronomic Hall of the Canary Islands, Gastrocanarias, has announced the finalists of the salad competitions, signature sandwich, artisanal bakery and tapas

The XI Halln Gastronomic of the Canary Islands – GastroCanarias 2026 continues to announce the finalists for its contests. The proper names of the Canary Islands Artisanal Baking Championships Gran Premio Haricana and Ensaladilla Gran Premio Hellmann's are now known. These two contests will celebrate their first edition. Besides, The participants in the Makro Grand Prix Tapas championship are also revealed.

Finalists of the 1st Canary Islands Artisan Baking Championship Gran Premio Haricana

The first edition of the Canary Islands Artisan Baking Championship Gran Premio Haricana will feature the following finalists:

The creations must be original, prepared by the contestant and presented ready for evaluation. Each participant must present a minimum of two units for each category in which they participate..

Finalists of the 1st Hellmann's Gran Premio Canary Islands Salad Championship

The Canary Islands Salad Championship Gran Premio Hellmann's will be another of the contests that premieres at the GastroCanarias 2026. The finalists are the following:

The 4th Makro Grand Prix Canary Islands Tapas Championship has the following finalists:

The finalists will have a MAKRO Purchase Card for a maximum amount of fifty euros to purchase ingredients necessary to make the tapa., in the terms communicated by the organization.

Finalists of the 11th Canary Islands Signature Snacks Championship Fred Olsen Grand Prix

The eleventh edition of the Canary Islands Signature Canary Snacks Championship Grand Prix Fred Olsen will feature the following finalists:
