The Repsol Guide revealed today in Alcanar, Tarragona, eight Soletes for the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and four for Las Palmas
After a cold and rainy winter in much of the country, We have welcomed spring with more enthusiasm than ever. The days are getting longer and holidays are beginning to appear on the calendar., so I really want to leave the house. With nature at its maximum splendor and the perfect temperature to discover the most monumental cities comes this new edition of Soletes, to know where to stop in the middle of the trip or where to enjoy at the destination.

Twelve Soletes for the Canary Islands
A total of 12 Soletes have been designated for the Canary Islands. Eight in the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife: El Altillo Gastrobar and Hispanic Exquisiteces on the island of La Palma; La Tafeña, In iron; The Lions, in San Sebastián de La Gomera and Orcas, Othello, Rinconcito Gomero y sylogy in Tenerife.
In the province of Las Palmas, two have gone to Lanzarote: Lamontagne (in the photo) y The Wafer (The Basement) y Snail y Lambada Records, in Gran Canaria.
Repsol Guide has presented the Spring Soletes at the Teatro Auditorio de Alcanar, municipality of Terres de l'Ebre, in collaboration with the Directorate of Tourism of the Generalitat and the Provincial Council of Tarragona.
After a brief welcome by María Ritter, Cristina Lagé, Director of Tourism of the Generalitat, has inaugurated the awards ceremony: “With the presentation of the Repsol Guide Soletes in Terres de l’Ebre we culminate an extraordinary year for Catalonia, in which we have proudly exercised the distinction of World Region of Gastronomy 2025. This recognition has reinforced the Government's commitment to making gastronomy an expression of our culinary excellence., of our territory and our collective talent. The distinction leaves a legacy; it doesn't end here, but it drives us to continue working with determination to consolidate a sustainable tourism model, quality and added value, in which Catalan cuisine continues to be an economic engine, cultural and international projection of Catalonia”.
Repsol Guide Soles
Los Soletes are places that you would recommend to a friend because of their appetizing proposal., solvent and affordable that dress for celebration without losing their everyday character.
