Two preparations, one simpler than another. Pickled sardines, on the one hand, and simple boiled potatoes, for another. all together, one of those delicacies to enjoy when you have them in front of you. You can also store them in the refrigerator and they will be tastier the next day and will last for several more days.. to save time and enjoy at the table!!

Ingredients:

1 kg. of beautiful sardines

4 papas

8 garlic cloves

Two bay leaves

A teaspoon of sweet paprika

Some branches of thyme

500 ml. olive oil

100 ml. apple cider vinegar

100 ml. dry white wine

Peppercorns

Sal marina

Flour

Difficulty: Easy

Preparation time: 25 minutes
