Two preparations, one simpler than another. Ingredients:
1 kg. of beautiful sardines
4 papas
8 garlic cloves
Two bay leaves
A teaspoon of sweet paprika
Some branches of thyme
500 ml. olive oil
100 ml. apple cider vinegar
100 ml. dry white wine
Peppercorns
Sal marina
