A potato and ground meat pie with a touch of curry that makes it really delicious and different. Let's not spare time or be in a hurry to make this recipe if we want it to have spectacular flavor.! A good stir-fry and a slow chupchup with the broth are the secrets of this recipe

Ingredients:

1 kg. papas

an egg

1 glass of milk

500 gr. ground meat

2 carrots

1 large red onion

2 celery branches

2 teaspoons tomato concentrate

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 level spoon curry

1/2 liter poultry broth

Grated cheese

Sal marina

Ground black pepper

Olive oil

Preparation time: 2 hours

First we will make a sauce with the vegetables cut very finely.. We salt and let it simmer for some 45 minutes
