The Watercress Gastronomic Day will highlight this star product of Telde, which includes a visit to berreras and a master class on watercress stew.

The La Pardilla Farmer's House this Thursday hosted the presentation of the Cress Gastronomic Day, an initiative that will be celebrated 27 from February to 1 March with the aim of highlighting the importance of this crop in local gastronomy and in the agricultural economy of Gran Canaria.
