Andrea Bernardi (Nub*, Tenerife), last guest 2024 to the presentation and culinary jam session co-organized by Palacio Ico and Saborea Lanzarote
Andrea Bernardi, who, together with his wife and also a chef, the chilean Fernanda Fuentes, has a Michelin star in the restaurant Nub (Tenerife), will be the last guest 2024 in the project “Encounters with Star” co-organized by Palacio Ico (Teguise, Lanzarote) and Taste Lanzarote, that will take place next saturday, 14 December in Palacio Ico.
The program will consist of a presentation by Bernardi in the Patio of the Palacio Ico hotel, followed by an appetizer specially created by Andrea, and a lunch at jam session between himself and local chef Víctor Valverde.

He will also reveal his career, which has led him to, beyond the Canary Islands, open two restaurants in Santiago de Chile, a new gastronomic in Miami (USA) next February 2025 and a line of international expansion that will be developed throughout 2025.
The presentation will take place in the central patio of Palacio Ico. After the interactive talk, in vermouth format, The Gran Canarian chef will offer all participants the Carabineros and Merkén Crudo as an appetizer., tomato meringue, tomato and anchovy kefir and cold green soup.
Next, with the cook from Palacio Ico, Victor Valverde, will offer a lunch with some of their latest dishes.
