The calendar of distinctions is closed 2025 with the update of the Michelin Guide, Repsol Suns triple the Red Guide Stars in the Canary Islands

The truth is that once the Michelin Guide and taking the records of the Repsol Guide of his last gala held, precisely, in Tenerife, We find that the restaurants on the islands accumulate more suns than stars. Specifically, 52 Soles Repsol by 17 Michelin stars.

The list is headed by Ethereal by Peter Nel, Bogey and The Dome, with Two Suns each and, with a Sun in the Repsol Guide, appear Romantic House, El Risco, The Embarcadero, Kensei, The Terrace, Ico Palace, San Sebastian 57, AIE, Char, Chimiche's Secret, Kiki, What Milk, Seaside Grand Hotel Residence, Casa Brito, The Site, Wolf Island, Lajar de Bello, Bank of the Miño River, Yourself, Casa Osmunda, The Equilibrist 33, The Box, Nelson y Gomero Whistle.
To all this we should add, in justice, a THE DIRED OF FIRE, holder of A Sustainable Sun (Repsol Guide) y Muxgo with a green star (Michelin Guide), in both cases synonymous with a clear commitment to sustainability.
It is certain that in the coming months the panorama will change, good for the incorporation of new restaurants, the increase in category in others and it is not even ruled out that some lose their place in the firmament due to a drop in level in their proposal, at the discretion of the inspectors, or due to cessation of activity that, unfortunately, also occurs.
