Diego Tornel, which was proclaimed Best Sommelier in the Canary Islands last fall at the Culinary Hotel Awards, will now participate in the specialty World Cup
Within the framework of Gourmets Salon, The participation of the restaurant's sommelier has been highlighted bever (Gran Canaria), Diego Tornel, of the Association of Sumilleres de Canarias, that has been proclaimed Best Sommelier in Spain at the 31st Spanish Sommelier Championship Tierra de Sabor, cosponsored by Avelino Vegas Wineries.
So, Diego Tornel, which has already been chosen as Best Sommelier in the Canary Islands in 2016, will represent Spain in the World Sommelier Championship of the Association de la Somellerie Internationale (BUT).
