Seven third sector associations that develop their projects on the island have confirmed their participation in the fair

He Lanzarote Town Council has confirmed the participation of seven associations from the Island in the tenth edition of the Saborea Lanzarote Enogastronomic Festival

Rotary Lanzarote, Growing Association, Ampa Pelargos, LanzaroTEA, The Joyful Life, TribArte and the Más Familia Association They will be the groups belonging to the third sector that will be present at the fair in the coming days 25 y 26 of November.

The advisor of Social Welfare, Marci Acuña, pointed out that “With the aim of picking up the baton and moving forward in a transversal event, work is being done to, on the one hand, expand the participation of third sector entities that develop projects on the island and, on the other, promote volunteering and solidarity as principles”.

“This year we have Rotary Lanzarote, that represents volunteering and solidarity; a LanzaroTEA, dedicated to improving the quality of life of people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder; a growing, an entity that this year celebrates its tenth anniversary and that serves intellectual disabilities; a TribArt, an entity that helps warded foreign minors who reach the age of majority, providing tools to improve your integration; a More Family, dedicated to helping young people formerly protected by the administration; a Life is Zuaina, recently awarded the Young Canary Islands for their work with vulnerable children and Ampa Pelargos of the CEIP Los Geranios, whose project is aimed at facilitating extracurricular activities for students with economic difficulties and improving family conciliation”, Acuña detailed.
