Winner of the XXI Regional “Canary Islands Wine Lists” Competition. Kensei-Japanese Contemporary won the award for Best Presentation and Letter Design
The restaurant Chimiche's Secret, located in Chemicals south of Tenerife, Not only is it an endearing place - it occupies the space of an old tomato packing house -, where you eat wonderfully - tremendous embers!- if not, besides, has been chosen, unanimously of the Jury, winner of this edition of the contest for Hospitality, Restoration and specialized stores, that organizes AVIBO, management body of the Canary Islands Protected Designation of Origin – Canary Wine in collaboration with the Denomination of Origin Ycoden Daute Isora.
Also, the restaurant Kensei – Contemporary Japanese of the Bahia del Duque Hotel (Costa Adeje, Tenerife) has been the winner of Award for Best Presentation and Letter Design.
The jury assessed, in addition to the presentation of the Charter, the breadth of information, the number of references and types in the different groups of wines of the Denominations of Origin Canary Islands Canary and any other Designation of Origin both national and international, that the winning establishment offers to its increasingly numerous clientele.
It is worth remembering that the purpose of the veteran competition is to improve and join forces in the presentation and content of the wine lists of Canarian restaurants., and that clients and consumers can feel more informed and knowledgeable about the wines of the Denominations of Origin of the Canary Islands.
