Binter celebrated this Sunday, 30 of November, on four of his flights with Madrid and in collaboration with Rural Environment Management (GMR), the day of Saint Andrew, a festival traditionally linked to winemakers, especially in Canary Islands, where around 30 November they open their doors for the delight of wine and typical dishes such as festive meat, chickpea or roasted chestnuts.
Passengers on these routes have been able to enjoy the tasting of a selection of Canarian wines guided by a winemaker and accompanied by roasted chestnuts., product of this date, after the airline's usual gourmet gourmet menu, which for this occasion has included chickpeas with watercress pesto. Besides, the crews have worn the canary hat, uniting culture, tradition and excellence in service, and traditional Canarian music played.
This initiative is part of the airline's constant commitment to promoting local products and enriching the flight experience of its passengers.. With these actions, that value wines and Canarian culture, also reinforces the Canary Mode of flying: that close treatment and attention to detail that define the airline.
