The Abama Resort Tenerife offers an experience that fuses gastronomy and well-being at the Sándara Wellness & Spa while Palacio Ico launches Balinese spa
In Abama Resort Tenerife, Well-being and gastronomy converge in the same experience. Sándara Wellness & Spa and the Tágara restaurant present a joint proposal that allows you to enjoy the relaxation of the spa along with carefully prepared breakfasts and brunches, designed for those looking for a complete plan that combines rest, flavor and environment.

Abama Sen & Breakfast
Includes a buffet breakfast Broad and an hour of water circuit in Sándara Wellness & Spa. Breakfast offers fresh fruit, homemade pastries, yogurts, sausages, cheeses, cereals, natural juices, coffee and a hot dish from the menu. The water circuit has a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam bath, bithermal showers, bucket shower, ice fountain and relaxation area. 42 € per person.
Abama Sen & Breakfast Premium
Includes buffet breakfast, water circuit and a relaxing massage 50 minutes performed by specialized therapists. 140 € per person.
Abama Brunch & Balance
This proposal is designed to enjoy as a couple or with friends.. Combine brunch Broad —with Kalamata olive hummus, homemade pastries, varied fruit, natural yogurt, cereals, salmon bagel, Tagara club sandwich, buckwheat toast with iberian shoulder, mineral water, natural juices and non-alcoholic soft drinks—with an hour of water circuit in the spa. 104 € per couple.
Abama Brunch & Balance Premium
Includes full brunch and a relaxing massage 50 minutes for two people. 300 € per couple.
Sándara Sunset Experience
An exclusive proposal for couples or groups of up to eight people, that allows you to enjoy the water circuit in private between the 19:00 y 21:00 h. Includes cava, infused water, selection of teas and a snack prepared by Broad, with Iberian shoulder board, Canarian cheeses and sausages with crispy toast. From 500 €.
All experiences are open to both guests and the local public and can be booked in advance.
Balinese spa at Palacio Ico
Coinciding with the end of 2025, a year full of successes for Palacio Ico (first Sol Repsol; Award for the Best Canary Islands Wine List, Award for Best Hotel Breakfast in the Canary Islands; nominated for Best Boutique Hotel in the Canary Islands and Best Sommelier in the Canary Islands, and maintaining its recommendation in the Michelin Guide since 2023), Eduardo Riestra and Sonsoles López, its owners, They have just inaugurated a new premium service for the hotel: a Balinese spa attended exclusively by Thai masseuses.
Annex to the hotel, in the very center of the fascinating Villa de Teguise, with a philosophy inspired by the volcanic and energetic axis that connects the two islands -Bali and Lanzarote- through the earth, the fire and the sea, the spa offers to the clients of the establishment a unique menu in the Canary Islands, with unique treatments that reflect all the Asian traditions of relaxation.
Among them, in addition to the famous Balinese technique, Thai massages stand out, the ancients of Hawaii, the japanese, the ayurvedic (in all its formats), remote indonesian rituals, the Filipinos, the polynesians, those inspired by Lanzarote (volcanic stones, aloe vera and sea salts), with hot stones, with bamboo canes, flower baths, reflexology, different peels, four hands…
All rituals are completed with exotic infusions, tropical fruits and sweets, special teas, hot chocolates or cava, as befits a gastronomic hotel like Palacio Ico.
