Barcelona celebrates Tast on the Rambla!, that meets 10 years as a great festival of gastronomy and in which the two eastern islands have important weight

Come back Tap a la Rambla!, the great Barcelona Gastronomy Festival. Of the 6 al 9 June in the Plaza de Catalunya, nerve center of the city and gateway to the emblematic Rambla, where again this year you will enjoy the best Barcelona gastronomy…and of Lanzarote y The Gracious. With the best and most recognized restaurants and gastronomic bars in the city, the most exquisite pastries and a great representation of wines and cavas, Tap a la Rambla returns stronger than ever.

Y Taste Lanzarote has once again brought to the Catalan event a sample of the best of the island's products and its gastronomy. Also from The Gracious. And it is no longer understood Tap a la Rambla! without the particular gastronomic bar of the island.

In this edition, the tenth of Tap a la Rambla!, displaced chefs will serve: Prawn from La Santa with Indian prickly pear syrup and smoked butter; black pig, Jable sweet potato with Arehucas coconut and chili rum sauce; Smoked horse mackerel taco, piña, sour cream and Xnipec and Cherne de La Graciosa cured in millet on canary pepper huancaína sauce; Lanzarote lentils, goat butter, braised octopus; Cherne de La Graciosa, Jable sweet potato and Tinajo tomato vinaigrette; La Graciosa grouper broth; Medregal cured in Janubio salt, Jable onions and passion fruit; Trip to La Graciosa: Blanched gofio, squid cracklings, pickled onions, radish and green mojo; Aerated and grilled bottom filla, pil pil of its thorns and carabineros juice from La Santa

There will be guided tastings and goat cheese tasting, mojo water and smoked canary bigeye, wrinkled potatoes with their mojos, jams and pastries and volcanic spirits from Jable and the Volcano. Besides, The evenings are rounded off with a selection of gins from Lanzarote.

The wineries that will offer the pairings are, on this occasion, La Geria, Volcano, Tears of Malvasía, Erupción and Los Bermejos.
