The 11th edition of the contest was held at the Canary Islands Gastronomic Hall GastroCanarias 2026 and Jeremy Rodríguez was named best assistant
Adrián Núñez Barbuzano, of Tenerife, has been proclaimed winner of the 11º Canary Islands Young Chefs Championship Binter La Cocina en Verde Grand Prize. The contest, held on the Tenerife Cabildo Stage, also awarded Jeremy Rodriguez Moreno as best helper.
The podium of the 11th Canary Islands Championship of Young Chefs Grand Prix Binter La Cocina en Verde was completed by María Agustina Rosa Larrieu, from Tenerife, second classified, and Eric Rodríguez, from Gran Canaria, third place.

Guillermo Mijares y Miriam Arico, of Boutique Relieve, were proclaimed winners of the espresso and cappuccino championship of the I Canary Islands Barista Championship Grand Prix La Marzocco, organized by El Café de Don Manuel. The competition took place in the La Marzocco Space of the XX Gastronomic Fair of the Canary Islands – GastroCanarias 2026.
The podium of the I Canary Islands Barista Championship Grand Prix La Marzocco in its espresso mode was completed by Santiago del Castillo, second place, and Alejandro García, third place. For your part, in cappuccino mode, Santiago del Castillo was second and Valentina González, third.
