This burger combines crispy breaded bacon with pork rind jam and a secret house syrup., in a masterful balance between sweet and salty.
Despite the renewal, classics that have accompanied Beers since 2013, like Big Beers burgers, Rodeo Drive y Don Bernardo, or the famous nachos, which continue to be the most requested starter by their loyal clientele. Since its beginnings, Beers has opted for kilometer zero products and local suppliers. «Everything served at Beers, from meats to cheeses and bacon, comes from small producers in the Canary Islands. That philosophy has not changed and continues to be our seal.", explains Bernardo Barrera. This commitment to craftsmanship is also reflected in their weekly creations., like the chef's burger, which has generated more than 600 different recipes from 2013, marking the creative essence of the premises.
Another of its distinctive features is its selection of beers.. Although they maintain a fixed reference base, more than 50% of their beers change frequently, offering exclusive labels from microbreweries around the world. «We want every time a client visits us to find something new. That's our way of continuing to be different.", adds the owner, who confesses his predilection for American beers.
