With the opening of the new restaurant in the renovated hotel Barceló Santa Cruz Contemporary, los Padrón brothers advise their first concept conceived for the urban environment. A new milestone in the chefs' careers, who transfer their experience in haute cuisine to a format “connected with the gastronomic memory of the capital of Tenerife and in a fresh format, fun, informal and designed to share”.
Los Padrón brothers, in front of Juan Carlos Corner, distinguished with two stars Michelin and three Suns Repsol, They have built over the years a kitchen of technical precision and a sense of respect for the product and culinary excellence.. His professional career of more than 20 years in haute cuisine joined 8 years to the Royal Hideaway Corales Resort hotel in La Caleta de Adeje, where Juan Carlos Corner has established itself as a catalyst for the hotel's gastronomic commitment, positioning it, along with the other chefs present at the resort, as the gastronomic Olympus at the national level.
Sanabria – Typically Santa Cruz, located in the heart of Rambla de Santa Cruz, nace “as an honest tribute to the city and its emblematic places and dishes”. Sanabria proposes “a contemporary reading of recognizable dishes, interpreted from an urban and fresh look, with a marked prominence of local products”. The cuisine maintains the personality and depth of flavor that characterizes the Pattern, but it adapts to a more daily rhythm and to the diner of the capital.
