The Taberna Vasca Group participates in the International Competition for the Best Cachopo in the World with six meat and fish proposals

Six proposals between tradition and creativity
Each of the group's restaurants presents two cachopos, with recipes that combine quality ingredients, gastronomic tradition and innovative proposals.

- Cod cachopo in tempura with shrimp garlic
- Beef cachopo with broken eggs and minced meat
Bar Iruña – Costa Adeje
- Fresh foie bunch

Gastrobélix – The Christians
- Beef sirloin cachopo with boletus, truffle and cured meat
- Sea bass cachopo with txangurro
The six proposals are part of the gastronomic days linked to the contest, in which the public can taste and evaluate the dishes, also becoming the protagonist of the experience.
Tastings open to the public
The first of these tastings already took place last week in Gastrobélix, with a full house. The next appointment will be next 13 March “after sunset” in Bar Iruña, where a great joint tasting of the six cachopos will be held.
