Negrini, one of the main distributors of high-end Italian food and wine products in the Iberian Peninsula, proposes the sixteenth edition of the Creative Cooking Contest whose final will take place during Madrid Fusion Foods from Spain 2026.
The contest aims to promote knowledge of the products of the Italian pantry, particularly insisting on some of the factors that have contributed to making this cuisine one of the favorites in the entire world.: excellence of its raw materials and authentic flavors.
Within the framework of Madrid Fusion Foods from Spain 2026 the best recipe will be awarded Creative Cuisine with Italian ingredients from the catalog Negrini.
Special Award: a selection of wines from the Negrini catalog for the best pairing between dishes and wines among the finalist recipes
Participants can send a maximum of THREE recipes, each one with a technical sheet that will indicate: ingredients, production process outlining the type of bread and the products Negrini used, and photography (one per recipe and in high resolution).
Recipes in WORD FORMAT along with their HIGH RESOLUTION photographs must be sent by email to concurso@negrini.es. Recipes in other formats will not be accepted..
The deadline for receipt of prescriptions is 12 JANUARY 2026.
From among the recipes received, they will be selected 6 who will go to the final. The six finalists will be called to prepare their recipes before a select jury of Madrid Fusion Foods of Spain 2026.
