For your part, the head of Vocento Gastronomía, Benjamin Lara, went into the details of a program that, as he said “exceeds last year's”, and that brings to Gran Canaria more than 50 chefs from the rural environment among whom the large number of star chefs stood out, and in many cases from island environments. “In Spanish cuisine in recent times 15 years the strongest movement is that of rural cuisine, and there are more and more countries paying attention to what we do, That's why they are garnering stars and international recognition., because the most powerful concept is that of authenticity”, assured. “In a society increasingly full of copies, we seek a connection with the authentic and the kitchen still treasures it., because neither the smell nor the taste can still travel through social networks. You have to try it” Lara stated, who concluded that “within this movement, Terrae is the plenary session in which its protagonists meet, and they come with great enthusiasm to be able to meet and feel accompanied and inspired”.
