The days 15 y 16 July with Arquímedes Colmenares, Leopoldo Cortés and Mario Alberto Mendoza at the prestigious Dos Soles Repsol in Santa Cruz de Tenerife
During one of the always striking presentations at the Santa Cruz establishment itself, and with a delicious Mexican breakfast as a culmination, Specialized journalists-communicators and personalities from the political and social sphere were informed that the Etéreo human group wanted to return the kindness of Arquímedes Colmenares, Leopoldo Cortés and Mario Alberto Mendoza who at the end of 2023 Pedro Nel Restrepo was invited to the Puerto Vallarta Gastronomic Festival. From this meeting, solid ties of friendship were forged that are manifested with this unique proposal in the capital of Tenerife..
It is worth remembering that Restrepo traveled to Mexico as one of the chefs invited to the edition number 28 of the prestigious International Gourmet Festival of that town, in the Riviera Nayarit, Tepic, which took place in November of last year. The head chef of Etéreo expressed his admiration for what he experienced professionally and especially on a human level with the aforementioned chefs.. “In our life or before it, paths open up, sends, roads and sometimes tracks and shortcuts, These are not always recommended for dream-shaping spirits, as I have found in Puerto Vallarta in general and in Casa Cayaco in particular.”.
So that, the Mexican culinary embassy already meticulously prepares, with the invaluable support of Camilo Galindo at the head of the kitchen, the four tastings designed for the occasion. The room team, with Olga Esanu (director) and Angela Pena (sumiller), once again personalizes the entire service guarantee on each and every table.
These will be the dishes of the Conference.
Mayahuel (Tribute to the goddess of the agave)
Crab burrita
Carnitas taco
Sope of Barbacoa
Aguachile al Pastor
Mayan Octopus
Chile in Nogada
Mole Oaxaca chicken milk
A unique opportunity that Etéreo provides, therefore, to have this exclusive and genuine contact with the excellent Mexican cuisine by the prestigious guests who have brought products that can rarely be tried such as escamoles or grasshoppers along with premium distillates and signature cocktails.
Jonathan Díaz was not missing from the presentation, Deputy Minister of Communication of the Government of the Canary Islands; Kristen Martin, insular advisor of Commerce, Cabildo of Tenerife and Yolanda Cordobés, Culture Consulate of Mexico
