The new hospitality industry will be the subject of debate in the forum that School of the Canary Islands Hotels (Hecansa) celebrate this Thursday, 21 of May, within the framework of XI Gastronomic Hall, Gastrocanarias, that is developing these days in the Tenerife International Fair and Congress Center.
