Sonsoles Lopez, co-ownership of Ico Palace (Villa de Teguise, Lanzarote), director of your restaurant and sommelier, will give a keynote presentation this Monday at the Gala for delivering the plates to the restaurants Michelin Recommended Canary Islands, together with the well-known Canarian journalist José Luis Reina, about 'The five senses in hospitality', a new way of approaching the customer in the restaurant from the entrance to the exit, going through the entire gastronomic ceremony. The gala, that will be celebrated in the All in One room at La Caixa (Triana, 20), in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, In addition to the 'dialogue' of López together with the well-known gastronomic journalist José Luis Reina, will feature a talk from the Tenerife chef Diego Schattenhofer.

With the choice of Sonsoles Lopez to star in the Gala, Michelin highlights the great work that this complete professional -co-owner, director and sommelier of the establishment- has been developing in recent years, converting the hospitality of Palacio Ico in a reference that marks a highly sensitive style from breakfast or brunch to dinner, from reception to farewell, going through intense multi-sensory management work in the room.
