The chef and owner of Etéreo, Pedro Nel, with Dos Soles Repsol in its restaurant Santa Cruz of Tenerife, can add a new milestone to his already extensive and brilliant record of achievements. The prestigious specialized magazine The Bar has just nominated him in the twentieth edition of its awards as Best Colombian Chef Abroad.
“It is an immense honor to be among great colleagues who represent the gastronomy of our country around the world.”, the chef has written on his social networks, to add that “This nomination is a recognition of the work, the passion and love with which we bring the flavor of Colombia to the table every day, this achievement being not mine alone, but from the entire Etéreo family that has been with us supporting us to achieve it”.
Next to In the Restrepo, a dozen outstanding chefs, some of which are masters of the chef himself based in the Canary Islands.. Two other residents in Spain (Mario Antonio Valles and Edwin Rodríguez), two others in the USA (Andres Lombo y Claudio Foschi) and one in each of the following countries: Italia (Manuel B. Martínez), England (Moris Moreno), United Arab Emirates (Miller Prada), Taiwan (Leonardo Fonseca), France (Guido Child) and Mexico (Natalio Santos).
