Canarian and Basque poets will recite in natural settings, accompanied by music, hiking and wine tasting.
Lanzarote y Alava, two wine regions with rich agrarian and cultural identity, are preparing to celebrate the 1st Edition of the Vinopoetry Festival this month of november. A festival of poetic exchange, landscape, cultural and food and wine that seeks to unite Lanzarote with other territories where the wine horizon is alive.
The celebration will have two venues: Lanzarote, Under the name “Winepoetry”, y Alava, called “Ardopoetry”. The festival will feature various activities that will merge poetry and viticulture.
At the Basque headquarters, three activities will be carried out during the days 3 y 4 of November, while at the headquarters on the Canary Island another three, during the days 24 y 25 of the same month.
These activities will include music, hiking and gastronomy, always accompanied by creative stories and wine. Besides, There will be the participation of three wineries from Lanzarote and three others from La Rioja Alavesa, offering attendees the opportunity to taste their magnificent references.
