The Canary Islands appear in the three categories to be awarded: Best Gastronomic Hotel, Best Director of F&B and Best Hotel Lobby in Spain
The team of Food Design Company just announced, during the press breakfast held at the Simultaneous Restaurant of the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Plaza, los 20 candidates by category to the THELOBBY Awards 2025: Best Gastronomic Hotel, Best Director of F&B and Best Hotel Lobby in Spain, awards created to recognize projects and spaces that stand out for their proposal based on the common dialogue between hospitality, gastronomy and guest experience.
The event also included a live intervention by Eduardo Serrano, president of AIDABE (Ibero-American Association of Food and Beverage Directors) who has revealed the list of 20 candidates for best director of F&B of Spain and has highlighted “the importance of recognizing and valuing the creative vision and commitment to excellence that define the new Spanish hotel industry through the figure of the directors of F&“B of the best gastronomic hotels in the country”.
The awards ceremony along with a program of “Master Talks” and “Multi Talks” will be held next 4 November on stage Lab Forum, between the 15:00 and the 19:00 h, at Fira Barcelona, under the framework of activities of Gastronomic Forum Barcelona.
