Lanzarote participation is framed in the XI Gastronomic Fair of the Canary Islands – GastroCanarias 2026, which is celebrated until Thursday 21 May in Tenerife. The meeting brings together more than 200 stands and kitchen professionals, the room, the pastry, the cocktail bar, distribution and the food industry, with spaces dedicated to training, innovation, championships and new trends in the sector.
